Newborns in Need.........

Newborns in Need (Springfield Chapter) is a nonprofit organization providing for needy premature and newborn babies.

They have moved to their new location at 303 West Cherokee, here in Springfield, Missouri.

They sew, knit, and crochet baby items, and distribute these layettes through the NICU's labor and delivery units, pregnancy care centers, doctor's offices, and emergency rooms.

You can help by dropping off baby items here at Sewing Machines Express or call 417-823-9508 for information on workdays and other volunteer opportunities.

The Red Hat "Sew 'n Sews" Chapter of the Red Hat Society continues to meet for lunch every first Thursday of the month.

Come join us.
